As part of ongoing customer service and support, the community forum has been added to the ProData website for visitors to hold discussions and post user-generated content pertaining to DBU or any ProData product, service or customer care interaction.
The community forum has already proven to be beneficial to the company and to ProData customers. Last month ProData made improvements to it's internet connectivity / bandwidth and was forced to change its IP address. Customers used the forum to provide and obtain feedback on those modifications and the effect it had on them.
"The forum will help our customers and our team with valuable discussions and interactions that normally would not be available to the public. In this way our customers can learn from us and each other while providing good feedback for our technical staff to use in development", stated Allen Hartley, owner & developer of DBU.
