Convert older versions of RPG

CvtRPGIV to convert older versions of RPG to the newest release of the programming language. Then work with the new enhancements that make the conversion all worthwhile:

 - Longer field names
 - Source level debugging
 - Date and time support
 - Additional data types (floating point, boolean, pointers)
 - Free format expressions
 - Built-in functions

CvtRPGIV picks up where IBM’s CVTRPGSRC leaves off, providing you these additional conversions.

 - Converts defined calculation fields to the new D specification
 - ADD, Z-ADD, SUB, Z-SUB, MULT, and DIV are converted to EVAL
 - Operation code and new values to mixed case
 - EQ, NE, GT, LT, GE and LE are converted to the RPGIV operators
 - Convert a single source member or *ALL source members for a given source file
 - Highlight comments in the source file
