Hi, I'm trying to install DBU80 from a link that was sent to me.  I have downloaded the executable to my PC but when I run the executable I get the following error message "Call to function FTPCommand failed: System could not supply a reason for failure".  Can anyone tell me what might be wrong.

I was told by tech support that this is a known issue with the installer program used but that DBU80 installed successfully anyway.  In short, just ignore it.
